Part-Time Contract: July 2020 - May 2021 (demanding but flexible hours over the 10-month duration)
Contract Amount: $25,000.00 (stipend will be available for accommodation or mileage)
Reports to: Delivery Partners (a small team of representatives from the ISAO, OCAA, and The Career

Location: Administrative duties will be conducted from home. Travel will be required during business hours to
locations in Toronto and London to attend meetings and site visits as required.
*Use of personal vehicle, computer, cell phone, and internet will be required.
The Ground Worker Program Coordinator will be involved in an industry-based training program that provides entry-level grounds crew training to 48 individuals in Toronto and London (24 in each region), who need support to enter the field. You will report to the Delivery Partners, comprised of a small team of representatives from the ISAO, OCAA and The Career Foundation. You will work with The Career Foundation’s SAO Program Manager as needed. This practical
grounds-crew training will enable participants to work productively, safely, and efficiently. The course will focus on
developing essential skills and will enhance communication, problem-solving and critical thinking ability. As the Ground
Worker Program Coordinator, you have the experience, expertise, and ability to effectively oversee and coordinate the
technical training portion of the program. The successful applicant will possess a combination of formal training, teaching experience and work experience within the arboriculture field. This position requires someone with excellent time management and project coordination skills.
